Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfillment house is located in USA, some of our featured items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, China and United Kingdom.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, multiple different items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Can I cancel my order after I have already made it?

Yes, you can in the first 24 hours after you have made the payment. After that you cannot cancel a order.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?
